The house is divided into a ground floor flat sleeping 2/4 and a first/second floor maisonette sleeping 5/7. The apartments are fully self contained, have their own entrances and can be let separately. There is an internal staircase, with security doors, which is used if the whole house is occupied by one group, making it an ideal holiday home for the larger family, or for two families wishing to holiday together.

The house is fully double glazed, has gas central heating throughout and is carpeted and furnished to a very high standard with comfort in mind. A cot and high chair are provided in each apartment. There is an extensive video library and boxes of children's toys and games in each apartment. Pictures, ornaments and books add to the cosy, relaxing atmosphere making this a real home from home.

WiFi Internet access is now also available.

You are welcome to bring your dog with you as long as the terms and conditions as detailed on the booking form are met. Please check with us if you have any queries. Linen is not provided but we do have a small amount which can be hired if required.

Accommodation consists of :

Entrance porch leading into the lounge. This is an attractive bay windowed room with window seat enjoying lovely harbour and sea views, stone fireplace with coal effect electric fire and oil paintings by local artists. Comfortably furnished with a double bed settee, easy chairs, coffee table, colour TV, video recorder and radio cassette.

The Bedroom has a double bed with duvet, blankets available in the cupboards, wardrobe and dressing table. Cupboard containing vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair, hairdryer and deck chairs for use on the patio.

Extremely well equipped fully fitted kitchen with wall and floor units. Electric hob, oven, automatic washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave all built in. Food processor, kitchen table and chairs.

The Shower Room has a tiled shower area, wash basin with vanity mirror above. Shaver point. WC.

An Outside Courtyard has flower pots, shrub border and drying area.

The Front Patio is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the bay.

Parking is on the road in front of the house.

Entrance to the maisonette is at the back of the house. A short flight of steps lead down from the road to the back door.

The Utility Room is situated by the back door, contains automatic washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothers airer, iron and ironing board.

Extremely well equipped fully fitted kitchen with wall and floor units. Electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave all built in. Food processor.

Bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin, WC and shaver point.

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedroom with duvets on beds. Built in wardrobes and shelf space. Blankets available in the cupboards.

Bedroom 2 is a lovely large room with wonderful harbour and bay views. Double bed and single bed with duvets. Wardrobe and dressing table. Hairdryer. Stairs with child safety gate at the top, leading from landing up to the lounge/diner.

The lounge/diner is a wonderfully large room with full width picture window giving superb unrestricted views of the harbour and bay. Rear aspect window with seat.
